Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an acclaimed American cook book writer and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002, and has been aired for up to 2020 in 27 seasons. Ina began her career by working for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget as well as policy reports. Though she found the career to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she stopped her pursuit and purchased a small specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the business a massive success, she sold it and began writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more and magazine columns which followed. She also appeared on the Food Network TV show also was launched, and was a huge hit. The company also offers a wide range of products ranging from cooking supplies to equipment and storage containers. Ina was never to any cooking school and has not worked in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. She is known for her straightforward approach to cooking and effortless entertaining. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
