Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take the time off from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed her first six years of competing to obtain her degree from the college she attended. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. At the show, she finished third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
