Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada and is American. She has released more than 20 albums. Her songs are classified by the label as alternative and folk. They also are influenced by hip-hop music, jazz, and punk. Ani Difranco has been deemed to be a feminist hero and a Grammy award winner. In the beginning, as one of the women's first artists of the 1990s, DiFranco founded her record label. DiFranco was born on the 23rd of September 1970 in New York City, York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who met Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was of Italian origin and her mother came originally from Montreal. 32 Flavors was a track that was written by that was performed and written by Ani DiFranco.
